			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>European politics can be a dull affair. Meetings, treaties, collaborations. Stodgy politicians who don&#8217;t even have fights in parliament like they did in the 80s. It&#8217;s all a bit bland isn&#8217;t it?</p>

<p>I personally find Sylvio Berlusconi to be one of the main reasons why I bother reading about politics in Europe. Here is one of his finest moments:</p>
